Save over 50% on your attorney and consulting fees!

Rates for an attorney or consultant of comparable experience in the
Milwaukee Market ranges from $150 - $200.* Because our mission
is to encourage inner-city community development, we are pleased to
offer the following rates to companies who share our mission:

Non-Profit Community Development Corporations           $ 99 / hour
Other Non-Profits                                                                      $ 99 / hour
Small Businesses                                                                    $119 / hour

Recurring Customers and Large Projects Receive 10% Discount

If you would like CDA to be your corporate counsel on several
transactions, or if you would like to use CDA as your
attorney/consultant for a project that is estimated to cost $5,000 or
more, you are eligible for a 10% discount or greater.

Billing arrangements to meet your needs.

Typically we require a retainer in the amount of 20% of the total
estimate and actual services performed will be billed on a monthly
basis. We have, however, been able to accommodate most client's
needs. We can for example:

Recommend public resources that may help pay for
consulting and attorneys fees.

Bill an average amount each month and reconcile quarterly

How much should I budget for CDAs Services?

Please call CDA to set up an appointment for a free estimate on your
project. If you are doing a substantial development we recommend
that you set aside at least 5% of the total development cost, with a
minimum of $ 5,000. Here are a few average costs for sample
services:

$300 for preparation of a detailed Property Analysis on 1 property

$600 for preparation of a property specific offer and brief
negotiations with the Seller.

$5,000 for preparation of basic Condominium Documents

$10,000 for preparation of complicated Condominium Documents

$5,000 for preparation of detailed Property Analysis on several
properties including demographic and other data.

$500 for preparation of simple LLC and Partnership Agreements

$3,000 for preparation of advanced LLC and Partnership Agreements

$1,500 for preparation of Lease or Construction Contract
